The buck was chasing 4 doe and Dr. Remely shot him on the run. The buck ran about 60 yards before falling over. Brian has been very selective with bucks and hasn't killed one in around a decade. Passed on many smaller bucks.
The buck has a 20 inch inside spread, weighed 190 pounds,and gross scored 145 inches! What a great way to start off the new year!!
