Proud father, Warren Freman, Jr. sent these picture of his son's 1st turkey and told the Bragging Post the following story,

"This is my son Cameron’s First Turkey!  It was taken in Brookhaven on Private Land on March 30^th, 2008.  He was out in a field with two hens when we spotted him strutting.  We started calling at about 3:45p.m., and after a 30 yd. belly crawl, Cameron was finally able to make the shot at 5:30 p.m.  We thought we were NEVER going to get him to come in!  He must have gobbled about 25 or 30 times in those couple of hours….he was HOT!  He harvested his bird with a Browning BPS with a 30” Barrel chambered in 3 ½” 5 shot.  He weighed approx. 17 lbs and had an 8 ¾” beard and 5/8” spurs.  Not bad for a First Turkey!  He put on a SHOW for us!  Thank you Lord!"
