Austin Hart, age 14, of Bogue Chitto, MS killed his first buck Saturday, 11/17/07 in Copiah County.

 

3 y/o, 8 points, and 140lbs.

 

Austin was very excited to have killed such a nice first buck.  Due to some set backs, he was late getting to his hunting spot and shot this buck from the ground only 20 minuets after arriving.  It was killed while running at 30 yards with a 12 gauge slug.  He was hunting with his Uncle Jack and Aunt Mercedes.
