Solon Smith harvested this buck in Prentiss, MS on January 3, 2007 at 7:20a.m.  The ironic thing about this hunt is that Solon and hunting buddy, Butch, was shown a trail camera picture of the buck for the first time prior to the mornings hunt.  When Solon asked where the trail cam pic was taken he was only told "on the club".  Solon ended up shooting the buck 1 ¼ mile from where the bucks picture was taken in September.  This was his biggest buck to date.
