Nicole Lanthier killed this doe 12/31/06 in Groveton,Tx. Nicole was hunting with her boyfriend, Chris Keen, while in the pursuit to kill her first deer. Nicole's afternoon started out very exciting; when walking in, she noticed two deer present in the food plot. Unable to make the shot, she was a little discouraged. Around 5:45 Chris noticed three deer coming in to the feeder and Nicole picked one out and made a 150 yard shot to drop her. She was so happy, but more than anything she was happy cause there was no tracking involved. This was Nicole's first deer and first time to ever shoot a gun. Congratulations Nicole!!!
